Every day police, fire and rescue personnel courageously serve our community. Tragically, their bravery sometimes results in the loss of their lives. Though a department can never fully prepare for the tragedy of losing a colleague in the line of duty, the importance of responding to the crisis remains.
For this reason, the 200 Club of Atlantic and Cape May Counties has put together a manual designed to assist you when a fatality occurs in your department. The booklet contains detailed guidelines for your department to follow if a tragedy strikes.
Public service officials can purchase these guidebooks for their departments for $10 per booklet. All proceeds go to the 200 Club of Atlantic and Cape May Counties, which we will use to help the families of police, fire, and rescue workers in our area who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
