Agent Richard Norcross is a twenty-year law enforcement veteran. He is currently the Commander of the Intelligence Services Unit of the Camden County Prosecutor's Office and Team Leader of the Intelligence Services Team for the City & County of Camden. Agent Norcross joined the Prosecutor's Office after retiring from the Haddon Heights Police Department due to significant wounds sustained in the line of duty. While serving with the Haddon Heights Police Department he achieved the rank of Detective and received numerous commendations for his law enforcement actions. Prior to that he was a police officer with the National Park Boro Police Dept.
Agent Norcross lectures extensively on the topics of Officer Survival, Surviving Critical Incidents, Street Gangs, Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs and Security Threat Groups. He regularly lectures on these topics at numerous local, state and federal venues.
Agent Norcross is a MAGLOCEN Policy Board member representing and serving the member agencies from the State of New Jersey. He is the National President of the East Coast Gang Investigator’s Association. Rich is the coordinator of the South Jersey Police Intelligence Group.
